Converting the Yellow Barn

We converted the Yellow Barn from a rough and ready outbuilding into a warm, comfortable indoor space for care farmers to relax in.  We had a grant from Leading Lives to get us started and did a lot of the work ourselves.  The care farmers particularly loved pulling the old wall coverings down!  We recycled kitchen cupboards, worktops and carpet tiles.  Furniture was donated by DK-UK and windows and doors were donated by Ironglaze.  We had a lot of building help from a certain Uncle John!
